I went to high school in a suburb of Pittsburgh called Upper St. Clair. I was the class of 1994 & there were about 100 of us in my graduating class. Of those, there are 8 of us, including me that live in the Raleigh area. Because of the wonderful world of Facebook, we realized that & decided to have a reunion. We met at a local park convenient for everyone. Only 3 of us were able to go but it was so wonderful to see Beth & Jason again! We'll try to plan another one later.

EMS trucks at Spenser's school fair
Today, Spenser's Elementary school had a little fair & they had our local town's fire truck & ambulance there to "play". Since I love that stuff it was AWESOME for me!

Lane's first time at Hill Ridge Farms
Today, my brother & I took the boys to Hill Ridge Farms which we go to occasionally throughout the year. They got some new things since we were last there. We rode the train & the hayride & Lane seemed to enjoy them both!
Spenser decided to "sleep" on the hayride!
This was new- it was a corn barn, nothing but corn & it felt so cool on your feet!

Spenser's swim lessons
I signed Spenser up for swimming lessons through Raleigh parks & rec. The coach was from the Red Cross. I want to make sure my kids know how to swim since I never learned but am now as an adult. My main thing is still not knowing what to do if I can't touch the bottom. Anyhow, this boy loves a pool so we're good. Lessons were every Saturday in July. He'll need more of course but many times he asked the coach to let him go so he can do it!
